According to the legislation of the Republic of North Macedonia, the legal entities are obliged to keep accounting and submit the balance sheet schemes to the Registry of Annual Accounts at the Central Registry.
Electronic submission of annual accounts is performed through the systems of CRRNM by the manager of the trade company or by a certified accountant/accountant.
To submit an annual account it is necessary to fill the required forms and to attach explanatory notes or notification for no business activity and it is necessary to fill out the Balance sheet form. One of the requirements is installing an extension for digitally signing of XML documents as well as a valid digital certificate. The submission can be made through one of the following browsers:
• Google Chrome, minimum version 29 or later
• Opera, minimum version 16 or later
• Mozilla, minimum version 52 or later
• Microsoft Edge

Note: Medium and large size companies are obliged to submit an annual account electronically (there is no possibility for paper submission)
