Registration of the pledge right is a way of establishing a pledge right over moveable property, securities, claims and other rights. For the claims secured by pledge, in case they are not collected within their due date, the pledgee can obtain satisfaction from the value of the pledged collateral.
The submission for registration of a new pledge is carried out by a Notary or another person authorized by the Notary on the basis of a pledge agreement in the form of a notary act or solemnization, together with the other accompanying documents.
