Application for registering an amendment to a legal entity in the Trade Registry and the Registry of Other Legal Entities through a Registration Agent
Note: These instructions are intended for ordinary users and representatives of entities. If you are a Registration Agent, please follow the instructions in the " Amendment to a legal entity through a Registration agent “ ( instructions for a Registration Agent)”.
This service enables the user to register an amendment to a legal entity with appointment of a registration agent, depending on how the user would like to submit the application for different types of legal entities. Registration of an entity through a registration agent is possible only for a certain types of entities. At the following location you can find a list of registration agents through whom you can submit an application to the CRRNM, as well as you can check their authorizations for submitting.

Registering an amendment to a legal entity (LLC, SMLLC, Sole Proprietor, Joint -Stock Company, Associations, Foundations, etc.) in the Trade Registry and the Registry of Other Legal Entities enables recording of the most recent official data of the entity related to the legal entity. Through further systematic exchange of data, each amendment in data in CRRNM is recorded as well as:
- Public Revenue Office;
- Employment Service Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia
If the registration implies a change of name, it is preferable to check and reserve the desired name of the entity using the "Legal entity name check and reservation" service.
Below there is a list of amendments that are subject to registration for the most common types of entities. For any additional information and the way of submitting, please choose the type of entity you are interested in.
List of amendments that are subject to registration for the following types of entities: Limited Liability Company (LLC), Sole Proprietor (SP), Joint Stock Company, The Subsidiaries of the Foreign Company and the Foreign Sole Proprietor, the Representative Offices of the foreign company
- Change of name/Business name
- Change of Abbreviated Business name
- Increase of the company's basic capital
- Decrease of the company's basic capital
- Change of the company's basic capital

- Change of the head office
- Change of the duration of the company
- Change of the scope of operation

- Change of approvals, certificates, licenses and etc.)
- Change of authorized person/management body (change of business name, name and surname of the founder, change of the head office or place of residence and etc.)

Other types of Legal Entities
In addition to the abovementioned types of legal entities, the Central Registry records changes for other legal entities as well:
- The following entities cannot submit an application for registration through a Registration Agent.
- Associations;
- Foundation;
- Subsidiaries of the foreign company;
- Community of Owners;
- Institution;
- Entities that are established under other basic registries, for which the Central Registry provides data. For any additional information, please contact the institution responsible for the basic registry for the specific purpose.
- Notaries;
- Lawyers;
- Executives;
- Craftsmen's;
- Farmers;
- Private employment agencies;
- Employment mediation services in the country and abroad;
- Trade Unions;
- Political Parties;
- Church, Religious Community, Religious Group;
- Chambers;
- Others
- Entities established by a state / municipal institution or by special regulation, including:
- Public Enterprise;
- State institution;
- Entity established by a special regulation.
