Submit an application for registration of an entity in the Trade Registry and the Registry of Other Legal Entities through a Registration Agent

This service enables the user to submit an application for registration of a new entity (with appointment of a registration agent), depending on how the user would like to submit the application for different types of legal entities. The service “Registration of an entity through  Registration Agent” is possible only for a certain types of entities. At the following location you can find a list of registration agents through whom you can submit an application to the CRRNM, as well as you can check their authorizations for submitting.

Registration of an entity (LLC, SMLLC, Sole Proprietor, Joint -Stock Company, Associations, Foundations, etc.) in the Trade Registry and the Registry of Other Legal Entities is an integrated service that means registration of the entity in the relevant register, as well as:
