Certificate for issued information from the Registry of Pledge

 Certificate for issued information about Pledge Registry contains information based on real data from the Pledge Registry in relation to the registered pledge.

 The Certificate for issued information is issuing upon submitted request by the interested party. The request is submitted on a previously prescribed form which contains data about the submitter of the request, criteria for searching and the subject of the request.

The criteria by which information may be issued are the following:

• Asset- listing of all current assets in which the asset occurs;
• Unique ID case number- a complete copy of the certificate for entry into the Registry;
• Pledgor- a complete overview of all current Pledges in which the person appears as a Pledgor;
• Owner- a complete overview of all current Pledges in which the person appears as the Owner of the Asset that is subject of the pledge.

In case there is no record found according to the certain criteria, the Central Registry shall issue information that the requested data does not exist in any registered document.
