The service enables issuing of a certificate made on the basis of official records maintained by the Central Registry, which represent the historical changes that occurred for the legal entity (change of full Business name, short name, change of authorized person, change of manager, change of head office, etc.) which were submitted and approved in the Trade Registry and the Registry of Other Legal Entities.
Historical record of legal entity refers to entries that are newer than 01.01.2006.
