With the latest amendments to the Law on the One-Stop Shop System and for keeping the trade register and register of other legal entities (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 97/2015) and also the amendments made to the Law on Trade Companies (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 88/2015 ), the scope of the category "registration agent" has been expanded, with the introduction of lawyers as authorized applicants for electronic registration for registration of establishment, changes and deletions through the e-registration system.
With the amendments to the Law on One-Stop Shop System and for keeping the trade register and register of other legal entities (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 70/2013) a new category of applicant "registration agent" was introduced in the Single Trade Register through the System for e-registration.
