Welcome to the website of the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia (hereinafter referred to as the Central Registry).

All the published data on the website of the Central Registry is of an informative nature and may not cause legal action nor legal consequences to the Central Register.

A user who has created his own Central Registry account is personally responsible for the protection of his password.

The End User commits to comply with the terms and conditions set out below in this text and will not try to reproduce, distribute, transmit, resell any content, software, products or services obtained through the Website without prior approval from the Central Registry.

The Central Registry has full rights over the entire content of the website. Any violation of this policy may result in infringement of copyright or other intellectual property and may lead the end user to civil and / or criminal liability.

By using the Website, you agree that you will always provide accurate data in all parts of the Website where it is required and will update them regularly to suit the actual current situation.

The Central Registry is not responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted and recorded in the Central Registry, the applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the data kept in the registers.

In the event of a service outage due to problems with the Internet or other events beyond the control of the Central Registry, the Central Registry will try by any means nessesery either through social networks or contact data, to inform users of temporary unavailability.

The Central Registry retaines the rights  to change the content and design of its website at any time and to update or modify some of the services in accordance with legal regulations.

Users agree that all communication transmitted electronically satisfies the legal laws and requirements as if it had been handed writing and could serve as credible evidence.

The notifications sent by the Central Registry to the e-mail address that you have provided when creating your account or given to us through another form of communication, will be considered to be duly submitted on the day when the e-mail was sent.
