About us, mission and vision

CENTRAL REGISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF NORTH MACEDONIA

The Central Registry is an institution formed and established by the Law on Central Registry. It represents a central information base of legal and other relevant data entered into it. The data entered in the Central Registry are electronically processed, unified, selected, stored and made available to the users that are interested.  

Currently, there are 27 offices - 10 Regional and 17 Registration Offices, located in all major cities in the Republic of North Macedonia that are connected to IPVPN (virtual private network based on Internet Protocol) that provides easy access to data for all interested users throughout the entire territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Mission

The mission of Central Registry is to expand and develop its databases with additional data (formation of new basic registers and continuous improvement of existing ones) which will make the Central Registry the only central information base of legal and other relevant data and an important participant in creating a better business climate in the country. The Central Registry also promotes foreign investment and is a socially responsible Institution, which directly affect the development of the national economy.

In order to provide the best user experience and provide the best and highest quality service, we have defined a strategic commitment to achieving successful results, gaining the trust of users and building a stable relationship with them. We achieve continuous improvement of our work through the implementation of the Development strategy for the period 2018-2020, as well as the Annual work plan for the 2020th and the Administrative servants code of practice.
